Conference on applied surface and solid state analysis. The AOFKA conference is held biannually alternating between locations in the DACH domain. It has a very strong interdisciplinary character with the focus on scientific exchange between analytical-methodological developments and scientific-technological problem solving covering all fields of research on solids and surface microanalysis.

This broad range of topics combined with the intimate character of the conference has made AOFKA very unique and appreciated in the scientific community for many decades in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH), but also among participants from neighboring countries. Besides invited speakers, we will have contributed talks as well as poster sessions covering the topics of this conference series.
