Goals and Objectives
- to promote industrial chemistry and chemical process
technology in all fields of chemical development and production
- to disseminate information through organization or
sponsoring of meetings, seminars, workshops and lectures
- to create a forum for discussion of topical issues and for
interdisciplinary collaboration
- to highlight the importance of chemical production for
education, industry, commerce and government
- to establish and maintain links – nationally and
worldwide – with professional societies and institutions through DIC and its
individual members
Membership
The diversity and importance of the chemical production in
Switzerland are demonstrated by the 300 members of the DIC.
Individuals, institutions and companies interested in
chemical production and development are invited to join the DIC of the SCS by applying
their membership to its chairman, Dr. Walter Jucker or Prof. E. Peter Kündig .
